The service

QuestOmics is a microbiome analysis platform. You upload sequencing data, select biological questions, and receive interpretable, reproducible results and reports. The available analyses, limits, and plans are described on the platform and may evolve over time.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You may only upload data that you have the right to use. You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and not to interfere with other users or with platform infrastructure.

Your data and content

You retain ownership of the data you upload and the results generated from it. You grant QuestOmics only the limited permission needed to process that data to provide the service. We do not use your data for external research; see our Privacy Policy for the full statement.

Plans, credits, and billing

Paid plans and analysis credits are offered as described on the pricing page. Charges apply according to the plan or credits you select. Specific entitlements and limits are shown in your workspace.

Research use and disclaimers

QuestOmics results are provided for research purposes and are not intended for clinical, diagnostic, or medical decision-making. The service is provided on an “as is” basis, and may be subject to maintenance or occasional downtime. To the extent permitted by law, QuestOmics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
